I first saw this pattern on Craftsy, and I love it. I have a question about the finishing with the ribbon. Does it have enough give to go over the head once both sides are bound together with the ribbon? Or does it attach another way?

I too would like to know how much room there is at the top of this - enough for an adult head to slip through comfortably or do you have to undo the ribbon? Many thanks!

I imagine that instead of ribbon buttons may be used. Just attach several loops made of the same yarn and sew buttons on the other side.
