Absolutely love your blog and site... and congratulations of landing the cover and so many of the patterns in Book Three! Very impressive indeed.

For me, there are 'two needs for knit.' There is a time for intricate patterns - to provide a challenge and keep your mind focused (on the stitches – not your stressors). Even though it's hard work, it helps to relieve stress and makes you feel lighter.

Then there's the time for "beautifully simple" - as you so aptly put it. A pattern that you can keep lightly meandering among your thoughts while proceeding on autopilot. This is more to keep your hands busy while concentrating on something else.

I find solace in both - each in their own right. I've already knit your Slouchy Pom Hat and your Extra Chunky Neckwarmer patterns (great pattern writing - they came out perfect). Cannot wait to find Book Three and try your cowls – and possibly – dare I – the shawl on the cover! Magnifique!

Thank you for being a muse and always inspiring me.

Thank you everyone for participating! The winner is Mercourier (Sam). Please check back for more giveaways and new pattern releases! - BreeanElyse
